Four experimental research was conducted to examine the social impact of industrial design and connect to people who need help resolving neglected issues in their lives. This was something I really needed, to immerse myself into the situation and physically connect with people in need of help, I was able to deeply connect with people in various socio-economic groups and re-evaluate myself as an industrial designer, re-thinking what can I do to change their lives.
MOBILITY EXPERIENCE
Up to 30% of the elderly experience falls in the bedroom while standing up from the bed. This is due to a lack of supporting devices. Inspired by my grandmother's fear of falling, this innovative device provides a sense of security on wheels.
CLIMATE ADAPTATION
Inspired by news of the collapse of a UPS Driver in Arizona, the research pursues the problem of Climate change and the aftermath and provides a conceptual solution to the coming deadly environment.
DENTAL COMMUNICATION
Dental anxiety is the biggest problem that prevents people from getting regular dental checkups, causing them to fall into the vicious cycle of negative reinforcement of dental anxiety. This research understands how people can divert their anxiety with possible solutions.
SUSTAINABLE LAUNDRY
A tribute to previous work experience as a laundry designer, this research understands the fundamental issue of the environmental effect of doing laundry. It provides a possible solution to guide people's behaviors through a beautiful sculptural piece that refreshes clothes.

As a professional industrial designer, I explored and pushed the limit of laundry, creating much-desired products within realistic constraints of manufacturing and price of the product. Fascinated by the complex mechanism and the innovative design process, I was able to deliver genuinely innovative concepts to the real world.
